Bad craftsmanship, do not bring your vehicle here! I don’t understand how this collision repair is still a select service for State Farm with all the negligent repairs and Shity work done to my vehicle
Just do not go here. Simply unprofessional they ordered the wrong part then never called me back in for it. Almost half a year gone and once I called them myself for an update they said “the part just arrived today”. Very conveniently. Go to a smaller shop. They are not who they used to be under Service king. Save yourself the hassle. Plus this locations waiting area is really dirty.
Great car repairs
I got my car back early and it was shinier and cleaner than I'd EVER seen it! Javontae was so kind and helpful both of the phone and in-person. Thank you all for making a bad week SO much better with your amazing customer service and efficient repairs.
