I took my 2011 Encleave into Capitol Body Shop two days after the hailstorm. Our insurance adjuster met us, did an estimate and gave it to the shop. A check was sent to them that week. That was on the first of April. I took the car back to them two weeks later for what they called "PDR". Picked it u p a week later. Only a little PDR done. They said I had to bring it back on August 12. This is Sept. 20 and it is still there. All kinds of excuses as to what the hold up is. Had extensive hail damage to my brand new car during March 2013. Decided to go with Capitol in Flowood because they were very close to my house and seemed like a good business. I was terribly wrong. I took my car to them and they said since my car had no window damage and was drive-able I could keep my car, they would hold on to my check, and put me on a waiting list. Terrible, terrible idea. I tend to think the previous post was a competitor attempting to deface Coachman Autobody; I have taken my vehicles here for years, as have my family and friends. I have always had a pleasant experience with quality work done in a timely fashion! I appreciated their help dealing with my insurance company as well. Thank you so much!

I had my truck hit twice in 8 weeks and everything was an inconvenience but Autobaun! They repaired my truck back to it's new 2011 showroom status! Spotless clean as well! I live in Highlands and took it to Castle Rock. I would have taken my vehicle there no matter where I live! I knew I would feel better if you repaired it! Thank you again Autobaun! I wouldn't take my car here again if they waived my deductible. Sent me on the freeway without axle and lugs tightened down. Couple other issues that have popped up since have ended up costing me over $700 to fix because the extent of the damage that they have done to my car. Wouldn't even call me back after I reported the problem. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Autobahn did a custom paint job on my Harley What a awesome job they did. I would recommend Autobahn to anyone....
