This is by far the worst place to get your car repaired, they pay some one to remove all the bad reviews on line, ever wonder why a business that has been around for over 30 years dose not have any reviews ? I would have to say Custom Craft is the best body shop in Santa Fe. I have used this body shop twice and I have been quite impress with the professionalism and quality of work each time. Custom Craft worked hard on my behalf and dealt my insurance to have my car repaired correctly. This shop goes beyond to call of duty to preform work that is better than industry standards. Custom Craft even repaired a small section of the car that was not part of the accident per good will. My BMW looks good as new! I was even more impress ... read more

they clean cars with windex and a rag together that's sand paoer.they wont even give you a lift home after driving the car to them and im talking 8 miles away. painted a door then assembled it and forgot to paint the door handle.Gave the car to the dealer the next day to complete it .No I did not bring it back to complain because they could not fix it the first time.Did not want to start a game of tag.
This is one of the best places I have ever gone. The customer service is fantastic and the job is done right! They take care of you at Lakewood Auto Collision, no tricks! Paul and Jennifer are great to work with and are very nice! It is a very clean atmosphere and the workmanship is perfect! I wouldn't ever bring it anywhere else and it beats all of the commercial auto body repair shops I've ever been to. Definitely bring your vehicle here!
January 2015 I don't normally write Reviews, but this Professional Staff was so good I don't recall ever receiving such Service. I drove in without an Appointment to fix an air leak on my Volvo. Bobbie, the Manager immediately took my car for a test drive and found the leak.He then called the Owner over and between the two of them had me fixed and on my way. (I'd previously been to 2 other Auto Body shops who couldn't find the leak) These guys are the Best. HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE & AFFORDABLE Thanks, Don
Quite honestly the best experience I have ever had with anyone in the automotive industry. The service was prompt, the price was excellent and the quality of work was impeccable. I hope I won't need them in the future, but if I do, I will not go anywhere else.
Guarantee their work for as long as you own the vehicle. No hassle. Excellent work. Always my first choice!
