I had repair work done to the front of my vehicle at Crash Champions back in January. Afterward, I later discovered that one of my LED lights was out. As the driver, I hadn’t noticed it until someone else brought it to my attention. I contacted Crash Champions to have the issue resolved, but since May I’ve been given the runaround. Despite multiple phone calls and even speaking directly with the manager, there is still no resolution. I recently got my vehicle repaired at this facility and the entire experience was awesome. Scheduling was convenient, agent assigned to me was super nice, and vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. No issues noted with the job done, and it was completed to satisfaction. I would recommend this place without any hesitation.

If you are using insurance go to someone else. When arrived, they did not do a walkthrough. I came back next day with no update then they sent an overpriced quote to insurance and did not communicate with me. The lack of transparency and customer service is apparent. They obviously work for the insurance company and not the end user. I would go somewhere else.
