unethical business practices Do yourself a favor and never use this company. They returned my vehicle to me without disclosing that my insurance provider had not authorized certain repairs to my engine. They even told me to bring my car in for a 2nd diagnostic after months of me calling them to report problems. They then charged me a 2nd diagnostic fee KNOWING THE ENTIRE TIME that there were existing problems they never fixed. Slow, does not care much for details. Will not use this Service Center again. You should not either unless you like incompetence and slow responses. I had a collision on the driver's side door. The repair started roughly around February of 2014. When I got the car back the repair looked good. However, they scratched up the interior door panel. Good quality collision repair Alamo Body & Paint specializes in repairing cars and other vehicles that have been involved in a collision. They do quality work however they take a long time to perform the repairs. The staff is very friendly and kind. They work closely with the insurance so you don't have to. I thought their prices were a bit high. PROS: Quality work CONS: Slow and high priced
Honest and Fair Fantastic place!! The staff was friendly and the place was clean. They did a great job on my car and were much cheaper than the dealership. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work on their car. Super happy with the results!

Wouldn't take my auto anywhere else My family has taken all their vehicles to Dan Ward's Paint & Body for over 10 years. Everything from trucks, cars, to SUVs, even towed 1 from College Station so Dan could repair it. The service and work performed has always been exceptional. Have never had to take a vehicle back for any rework. Had a total loss and Dan took care of everything, all I had to do was wait on the check from the insurance company.
