Very impressed and appreciative of the work done by Crash Champions. I had massive issues with my front bumper on a Honda Civic. I worked with Don on an estimate and was able to bring in my car for service the next day. During the time my car was worked on, communication was excellent and timely. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back for any future body work needed.
The management team was exceptional in addressing all my concerns, I've had work done here several times and the quality of work is top notch

I stopped here yesterday for an estimate to repair my front bumper, which appeared to have been out of alignment after a minor incident that I didn't need to push through insurance. They quoted me $2k telling me the entire bumper and grate inside needed to be replaced and scratches buffed out and painted. SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! In November, I was asked to provide my credit card for a deposit when I brought my vehicle in for a tailgate repair. I got my vehicle back in January, and they charged both my insurance company and my credit card for the repair. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, he admitted it was a mistake and assured me I would receive a refund check.
