SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! In November, I was asked to provide my credit card for a deposit when I brought my vehicle in for a tailgate repair. I got my vehicle back in January, and they charged both my insurance company and my credit card for the repair. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, he admitted it was a mistake and assured me I would receive a refund check. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Crash Champions in Exton and cannot recommend them to anyone seeking honest or professional service. From the beginning, their communication was abysmal. The updates on their app were completely wrong, and on the supposed day of pickup, I was rudely informed over the phone that my car wouldn’t be ready for at least another week.
