Great customer service and repairs! I took my car here after a recent accident and they did a great job repairing my car. It looks new as if nothing ever happened.
Got a lovely call this afternoon from a not so lovely woman that informed me that they don’t provide all the services they say they do every day. The only way for them to service me is for me to take a day off. Going to a different location. She was supposed to give me a call right back and it’s been 4 hours.. thank god I didn’t hold my breath. Update: just gave the location a call.. same woman. Just brushed me off and my appointment was cancelled. I emailed the owner - we will see their turnaround time on communication.
Dropped my vehicle off knowing they are an assembly line shop so my expectations weren't the highest, I just expected my car to look good and drive 100%. I paid for full diagnostics, and they repaired the body. When I picked it up, headlight did not work, multiple paint runs, side panel and hood were misaligned, and overspray was on the other headlight. Turns out they forgot to hook up the headlight. My insurance preffered Crash Champions for a repair so I initially dropped my truck off at Grapevine, but since they had a full schedule, they transferred the work to Euless. Jon was quick to start the communication into what needed done and how long the repair would take. I was pleased to find that his QC process caught something that would be an issue in the future so they held onto the truck longer to ensure a proper repair.
