Crash Champions did a great job on repairing my vehicle
Thank you to the team who handled my vehicle after I was side-swiped! I know my damages were not severe but it was freeing to not have to check on the status of the vehicle day to day because they were updating me and their portal was clear and concise! I appreciate the car and customer service from David and team!
Shout out to Katelynn and Hoa (prounced 'Wa' as in water) for the best customer service they provided. I would prefer them over a dealership everytime. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed as soon as possible while making sure it looks like new. They also cleaned and washed my car before returning it to me which is always a plus. They also provided me transportation to the rental car location.
Highly Recommend! The techs here are very kind & helpful and they sound very knowledgeable about what they’re doing. I had a flat tire & they changed it for me free of cost while I waited in their air conditioned office. I would recommend working with Hoa he was very sweet to work with!!
