This was my very first collision claim & this place was recommended to me by my insurance company. From the start, they were very kind, professional, and communicated well. They texted / called me for any updates and questions. They even finished the repair earlier than estimated. They did an amazing job on our truck and it looks better than before. First experience was great. Second I will never work with them again. Went in for one thing and left with a entire different problem. I was going to take it back for them to correct the issue but when said to me they didn't feel it was something they did. Well it wasn't like that when I dropped it off and I reported it with in hours of leaving with my car (picked up car right at closing or would have turned around).
