Great experience at Crash Champions! Had to bring my SUV in for damage done to my left back panel. Dropped it off on a Monday and the crew had it ready by Thursday! Back panel looks brand new. This organization is top notch. Very good communication, exceeded their own turnaround time and friendly staff. In addition, they coordinated everything with Enterprise car rental to make the experience even easier! I’m very pleased with the service they provided me.
Shawn was awesome to work with. It was all about customer service! I would highly recommend.
So far I have not had anything but great interactions with everyone at Crash Champions. Their knowledge and customer service are excellent. And their willingness to help customers even when there isn't a monetary value attached is refreshing. We will be bringing all of our cars to them if we have any body work needs.
