0 stars! Made an appt for 8am as recommended by my insurance company. Show up promptly, stood in front of a woman at the desk waiting for her to acknowledge me( no one else was there) . She finally asked if she could help me. Told her I had an appt for 8am. She responded there were NO appts for the day… after going back and forth, she asked my name and responded “ oh, you’re her?” ( WTH does that mean?) so I told her I wasn’t familiar with the process and was supposed to get my car looked at.
