☆☆☆☆ I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with Crash Champions in Crete, IL has been absolutely terrible from start to finish. They refused to fix my broken windshield, even though I made it clear it was cracked as a result of my accident. Their manager, Miguel, was consistently rude and hostile any time I tried to get help or clarification. This shop does not stand behind their work or support their customers in any way. Stopped in for an estimate. No body damage, posible frame damage. Was told they wouldn't do that kind of work and have someone come out for mechanical work. She told me to go to a mechanic. Asked the girl what if there's frame damage her response "I don't know". Very unprofessional.
