Absolutely miserable experience. I have been waiting 4.5 MONTHS for parts. Unprofessional and lousy. I will be calling Allstate to figure out a solution. The first manager I dealt with “no longer works there” and the new one says he knows nothing about it. Completely ridiculous.
I am having my car repaired here after a deer came down a hill and ran into it. So far they have done a great job. I have been impressed with their knowledge, attention to detail and willingness to take the time they need with customers. It makes me mad when you bring a car in totally clean and you get it back fully. Dusty and dirty with a scratch on my tailgate above the bumper where they fixed it and two pure white scratches on the passenger door that wasn't not on the car when they took the pictures and they marked every spot.
