Awesome experience. They kept me informed on every step. Worked with me and we're willing to pick up rental car from home and drop my car back. One can drop rental car to their location and they will do the returns. Very transparent process and good craftsmanship. I am coming again in case of an accident.
They did fantastic work and kept me informed during the entire process. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will be recommending them to any I know who needs body work done.
Had an overall positive experience in getting my car repaired at the Crash Champions Collision Repair Collierville store. Store did good work in replacing the back bumper and making sure that the paint matched the original paint. 2 screw covers were missing after the initial work but Hannah from the service advisor team assisted me in getting the missing parts. This location assisted me in returning the rental car as well.
They didn't refill any fluid from the damaged parts after repair after having it over a month, and on top of that drew these on the windshield. Take your car somewhere else.
Wouldn’t stop until we were satisfied! Great people to work with!
