I took my car to this body shop hoping they would charge me less than the dealership. The manager, Louie, was very personable and communicative. The issue with my car was that I couldn’t open the driver's side door from the outside. Louie had one of the mechanics, Francisco, take a look while he went on his lunch break. So far so good. Great atmosphere and customer service. Just dropped my car off for repairs. I'll let you know later how they did.

My car sat there a month before it was even looked at, despite the website dishonestly saying it was in the body shop being worked on. So the status on the website is useless and deceptive. My car was literally stuck out front the entire first month it was here, I drove by and literally saw it sitting there. Some of the staff is rude and seems to not understand you expect your car back in a reasonable amount of time.
