My car sat there a month before it was even looked at, despite the website dishonestly saying it was in the body shop being worked on. So the status on the website is useless and deceptive. My car was literally stuck out front the entire first month it was here, I drove by and literally saw it sitting there. Louie and his team were outstanding in their communication and service. My vehicle turned out great!
I took my car to this body shop hoping they would charge me less than the dealership. The manager, Louie, was very personable and communicative. The issue with my car was that I couldn’t open the driver's side door from the outside. Louie had one of the mechanics, Francisco, take a look while he went on his lunch break. The mechanic finished in about 20-30 minutes, brought my keys, and had me check out the fix. Everything looked great and I could open my door! Had a horrible experience with this place my truck went in on Oct 31st was there for a month and a half had to call several times and was lied to my truck was supposed to be finished Nov 15th it went from the 15th to the 22nd from the 22nd to the 26th from the 26th to Dec 3rd from December 3rd to the 13th but it was funny how I called corporate that my truck was ready in the next two days I was very displeased and would not recommend
