Shitty detail. Asked for the seat to not be touched and they went ahead anyway with the detail and moved both driver and passenger like it’s a damn twister game.Dirt, straw rapper, paper from whoever was working on it left in the passenger seat. Wheels were left dirty, no tire shine. Dirt marks left on back seat plastics, doors, and back seat wasn’t even vacuumed. Did a great job on fixing the tree damage to my car and made sure the back up camera got fixed..They helped me with the whole repair and insurance process and kept me informed along the way.Nice bunch of guys.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!!! I brought car to them in April for an insurance claim. My car was very much drivable, just cosmetic. I called and a multitude of conversations before bringing it in. That is where my nightmare happened. I was told the car would take two weeks and be good as new. That was a complete lie!! They are very unresponsive and not transparent at all! I have to call them and hear them constantly lie!! They tell my adjuster one thing and tell me another. I'm so happy with the service I received from Crash Champions. They fixed my car, vacuumed my car (it was admittedly a little messy but they didn't make me feel bad about it! Wonderful professionalism!) and worked with me to ensure I felt comfortable before they sent me on my way. I'm going to refer my friends here if they ever need repairs.
