Colossal waste of time. These folks told us they would have our car ready in two weeks. When I dropped the car off, they said they would text us M/W/F with updates. They never did. We called them asking for status updates, they said they'd call us back, and never did. After pressing them, they said they could get 1 of the 2 repairs done in the two week period. The next day, they said they could not. When we asked them what the delay was, they said it was because they 'had to email' the insurance company. After two weeks, we ... read more

I've taken 2 of my cars here now, and they have always been great. They're always super communicative. They let me know every step of the way through the repair process.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. That's nice when your trying to deal with other issues going on because of an accident. They made at least getting car taken care of nice and easy.
