The front desk ladies and the manager were super friendly, responsive, and helpful. The job on the vehicle was just horrible. We had to bring back multiple times and are still dealing with issues. Our vehicle will never be the same. We moved and sadly can’t come back and ask for better repairs but idk if we’d ever want to come back here.
Crash Champions did an excellent work with restoration of my vehicle. They gave a detailed invoice and guarantee on their work. Work was completed within the estimated time frame.
Before the process started i was very thrilled with the customer service helping to guide me through the steps and help with any questions at hand. Car came back perfect! and informed me that i have a lifetime warranty on their repairs! parts came in quick and if need they help get in contact with rental companies! give it a go
