Had a fantastic experience here. Everyone i spoke with and dealt with were more than friendly and helpful. If I ever need auto body service again, this will be the place I come to.
We had a great experience, and JuanCarlos was extremely helpful and informative. We were traveling from out of state and he got us back on the road quickly with new tires. Service was quick and professional. I would highly recommend this place and JuanCarlos.
The service was excellent, I was kept informed of the progress of the repair until it was completed. My vehicle was restored to what it was before the accident.
I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but it wasn’t good either. Had a couple of delays in the process. I do believe one of the delays was completely avoidable had the inspection/adjustment for damages was more thorough. Shout out to Caleb for being upfront and keeping me updated throughout the process.
Overall, it was a good experience. It was a big fix and they explained to me the steps afterwards so it helped to know. The staff was generally responsive and showed that they cared about getting the car back on time. One thing I'd like to see improved is communication to be not so last minute. Multiple times they didn't let me know it would take longer until the day before or day of. Another is that the interior was not cleaned out after the repairs.
