I had my truck serviced here and picked it up with more issues than it went in with. There was duct tape residue all over my paint, new marks on my speedometer that weren’t there before, and when I brought this to their attention, they denied any responsibility. Completely unprofessional. The fact that my truck left a body shop with new damage is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle here.
I would never recommend anyone to this location. Terrible experience. I picked up the vehicle after repairs were completed early and being told they could not hold the car at the lot. The car was in worse shape than when I dropped it off. I was rear-ended and needed to replace the hatch along with some other body work. Upon pickup the first time: - Moldings were not on the hatch - They broke the center console latch - Hood was not latched - found this out while driving home on the highway - Rear camera did not work - Reverse... read more

The manager was very rude and not professional after being asked a simple question. They then stated they would give me a quote, which they never did but rather wanted money for it which they never stated the first time. They also forgot to put back something where it was originally. Marrisa, the person who helped me, was very helpful and professional, though her manager wasnt. Her manager didn't even offer an apology for his behavior which is very unprofessional and could have changed my outlook on this store.
