The service was excellent, I was kept informed of the progress of the repair until it was completed. My vehicle was restored to what it was before the accident.
I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but it wasn’t good either. Had a couple of delays in the process. I do believe one of the delays was completely avoidable had the inspection/adjustment for damages was more thorough. Shout out to Caleb for being upfront and keeping me updated throughout the process.
Overall, it was a good experience. It was a big fix and they explained to me the steps afterwards so it helped to know. The staff was generally responsive and showed that they cared about getting the car back on time. One thing I'd like to see improved is communication to be not so last minute. Multiple times they didn't let me know it would take longer until the day before or day of. Another is that the interior was not cleaned out after the repairs. Good, fast, reliable service.
This company stole our floor mat and is refusing to replace it. They have pictures showing that it was present during their work and are refusing to acknowledge they messed up and will not make it right. Do not come to this establishment. They WILL steal from you.
