Customer service was horrible
After the horrible 6/25 hail storm in Arlington, I took my vehicle to Crash Champions for dent repair. They originally told me it would be painless dent repair but then ended up completely replacing the hood and roof. The repair job they did was very good! Having said that, it took them a month to repair my vehicle when they originally said it would be two weeks! But the worst part is, they released the car back to me with white paint specs ALL INSIDE MY CAR on black interior, as well as hand and foot prints and dust. Becaus... read more
On a previous 1 star review, a lady had an issue with Crash Champions causing damage to their AC. Little did I know, I would experience the same thing. They worked with State Farm and was a high rated shop. Repairs were quick and seems easy on communication. I did receive my car back with hail damage. They refused the repairs. I called a day later stating the AC was making a ticking noise. A month later, my condenser went out. My mechanic stated crash champions overpowered the system. Recently had my Nissan fixed there and they did an amazing job. Kept me updated throughout the process and it was clean and shiny like it was new. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
