My experience with CC was a very pleasant one. My only concern was the amount of time I was quoted and the actual time it took. This caused a little bit of an inconvenience. Overall, I was satisfied.
Needed to get my car in asap for an estimate and they were able to fit me in the same day! 10/10 customer service from the phone call to the moment I left the lot. Big thanks to these guys!
honestly worst experience with auto ever, kept car for almost two months, continuously lying (we even have proof despite their claims that we’re liars lol) and overall pure laziness on their end, constantly complaining about “no workers” but when i went the first day there was a full shop of men sitting and talking? then claims they didn’t realize things were broken bla bla bla, isn’t that what you’re paid to do? now what if a doctor didn’t realize bones were broken? but of course it’s never their fault. rude and uncooperati... read more
I brought my car in because my front bumper was damaged. They were very accommodating and kept me updated through out the whole process. I just got my car back and it looks just as new. I want to thank Cecilia & Mike at this location. I highly recommend Crash Champions in Alsip!
My daughter’s vehicle was rear ended. Brought the car to the Alsip location because the Crestwood location did a decent job with a past repair. Alsip is closer to my house so I brought it there this time. The bumper was installed properly, thus the two stars. Now on to the rest.
