Clean modern facility with one of the most personable, knowledgeable receptionists/customer service reps that I have interacted with in decades. I actually enjoyed chatting with both the manager and CSR/Receptionist/cashier(she's was performing all of the afore mentioned duties), I just don't know what the official title of the job is. If you have the misfortune of needing their services, I would recommend this location, so far so good. I'll update my review once I get my car back🤞
I Would give them an ever lower review if possible…this is worst experience I have ever had. They were rude and lied to the insurance company on my estimate. They even admitted to me that they will charge more money if I went through my insurance And told my insurance company that they did work when I got my car back it was exactly the same.
They are horrible, bad customer service and lie on estimates. Please do not ever use there business
