My car was here for replacement of a couple of body parts, as well as some inner adjustments after a minor collision. Everything went very well. A couple of new parts needed painting, and they appear to match the rest of the finish on a car that is over eight years old. There was a small delay of a day or two, due to their receiving one part late, but obviously this was out of their control. Great work!
The service I have experience at this location. I will never go back there again. They order parts for your car and it's the wrong part. I head of a Audi bumper. They order a Mercedes bumper. So I had to keep my Renault another week longer than expected, and they didn't want to pay for the. Rental out-of-pocket to accommodate me which I didn't have the money to pay for it. Casey, the manager kept me informed every step of the way. He was professional yet personable and I was treated with respect. The shop is clean and welcoming. Although I hope to never have to go back for work due to an accident, I won’t hesitate to come back to this location.
