Easiest way to go. Crash Champions was part of Geico's express program so after an accident they recommended that I take it there. The entire process was super easy, start to finish. They work with Enterprise rental and that was a smooth process, as well. They were done with major repairs in less than two weeks and communicated me every step of the way through texts and calls. I highly recommend this company.
I just want to say what a positive experience I just had at Crash Champions Collision Repair in Allentown. I walked in around 1:40 in the afternoon to see if they could help me with a Volvo visor I purchased on Ebay. Joe was willing to take a look and fixed/replaced it on the spot! BEWARE !! This place took almost 3 months to fix my car the managers name is Mellissa and she rude, will try to speak over you and is not professional at all. If you want an efficient repair go somewhere else far away from this place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to roach let alone another human. Also they aren’t good at communicating you will have to go up there to get answers. they will send vague texts about your completion date being changed a couple days before it’s suppose to be finished to a completion date a month... read more
