Car estimation date changed 3 times, due to crash champions decisions to use after market parts that ended up not fitting. This more than doubled the original estimate as they charged for the parts that did not fit.The last time the date of completion changed, I didn't even get informed, I had to call. They should have just ordered parts from manufacturer to begin with and the repair would have been done within a week or so instead of almost a month. Body work was done well. Unfortunately that is where the positive ends. My shift knob was damaged while they had my car and the could not produce a pre-vehicle inspection showing were the damage had occurred after I dropped my vehicle off to them. She basically said I was lying. Pretty jaw dropping. Also, there was a rattle like tin cans being dragged behind the truck. As I would not leave my vehicle in their hands again I went to my mechanic. Honestly the 4.1 Stars got me a little worried about coming here. But it was the closest place to my house and so I figured might as well go there. To say they over exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. They were extremely helpful, very good with communication, and always there with a smile on their face and happy to answer any questions I may have. They always answer the phone.
