Great service, experience and quality work!
Went to get an estimate after my back bumper tapped in a parking lot. No re wal damage but bumper cover knocked out of alignment with rear quarter panel. They took it in the back to look over, came back in 15 minutes with it repaired and with the response of 'thank you for your service,' when they saw my military license plate. I know where I will go if I really need a repair someday!
0/5. If I could give this ZERO stars I would. The entire front office seemed too occupied with not wanting to help someone who wanted to pay cash instead of through insurance. There was a promise of a quote and repair timeline that never came to fruition. I’m still waiting for a call that was “promised” but it seems that it will never happen. I just wanted my bumper fixed but I will be spending my money somewhere else now. EDIT: I got the standard reply that any low standard company would respond with after a negative review... read more
