I took my new truck (2024) to Crash Champions on Bandera Road, for repairs of hail damage. I've never seen a more professional job completed as promised. You literally would not know that body repair work was done, it's such a professional job. I'm taking my Charger and Tahoe there for repairs.
One of the worst collision repair centers I’ve ever come across. They took more than a MONTH to replace a front bumper and fender, and had terrible communication throughout the process; almost all of which all had to be initiated by me. After the repair was “completed” the car had a poorly mounted lower grille that came off as i was driving and a completely disconnected wiring harness flush to the driver side headlight; a result of very sloppy work. I had a disappointing experience at Crash Champions while servicing my 2025 SUV for hail damage. Communication from the front desk was poor from the start. I was told the hail repairs would be done in-house, but I tracked my vehicle 25 miles away to a different shop near the airport, which was never disclosed to me. When I got my vehicle back, the interior was covered in a fine layer of dust, and I had to pay an additional $75 out-of-pocket to have it detailed.
