We called The Plumbing Repair Guy yesterday as our hot water heater won’t work.Technician came onsite and charged 333 for diagnostics and charged 489 for 20 dollar worth thermostat & 99 dispatch fee and GST. This is really scam,I got fooled but never ever use this company service and would never recommend to friend or family.During normal hours this company charges way more,stay away.

Do not use!! Charged $833.00 to unblock a toilet! Which then blocked again 4 weeks later and they refused to come look at it without charging me again.

Darcy from a Service King and all their people were awesome. We had a water problem in our basement and they were there within hours. Had to do a complete clean out of the main line. We were not home so to have them handle while we were away was amazing without any delays.

I used there services in Edmonton for a counting plumbing cloag problem in my basement sink . A grade A job they performed it's been close to a year now with no more issues, I had called some main stream plumbing companies before them and they never fully fixed the problem. This company is great and listen to there service tech's they might cost a lil bit more but they do a quality job and fix the problem..🥇
