I went there to get an estimate and I was very disappointed on the customer service nobody met with me to go over damages on my vehicle for repairs the receptionist did most of the estimate and pictures of my car.
Took my vehicle here and was told I would receive a quote the following business day after keeping my car overnight to evaluate. I never received a quote even after picking up my car. No answers. Not helpful. Even when picking up my car, the lady “helping” me had zero answers and was far from helpful. What a waste of time!
If you have State Farm don’t choose them. I took my car here and the body work was ok. But they will try and get by with whatever they can, I needed a wheel alignment due to the accident and they said it was done! False I’m turning my wheel hard to the left to keep straight this is a safety hazard I mean the whole experience is terrible ! Don’t not sign that contract prior to receiving the estimate.
