Crash Champions repaired my car after somebody hit us from the side. The car looks great and drives great. They kept us updated every Monday, Wednesday and Friday while my car was in their shop. They worked with the other person's insurance, and also worked with Enterprise so we were able to return the rental car to Crash Champions rather than Enterprise when we picked the car up. It was a pleasure working with all the personnel at Crash Champions.
Took my car here and they said they couldn't work on it since it was previous salvage title, no big deal. But upon receiving my car back one of my headlights wasn't working so i had them fix it, when putting one of the headlights in they didn't secure it properly and it ended up completely falling off while driving, They also forgot to reattach the hood latch cable so when i went to get my oil changed the attendants took about 20 minutes trying to pry the latch open cause the cable wasn't seated properly
Wow! A whole lot of incompetence at this place. Made an appointment to have an estimate done on a Saturday. A man took pictures all around my vehicle including where the damage was. Took a picture of The email that had all of my insurance information. Said I would have an estimate on Monday. Monday came and went. Very nice staff. Knowledgeable well trained. Vehicle came out wonderful.
Tried to come in for an estimate. Receptionist told me it's cheaper for me to go elsewhere. They never looked at my car or did any type of evaluation. Wouldn't recommend this location if their own employees say to go elsewhere.
