I was in need of an outside condensing unit, I had a few of the larger companies come out to take a look at the unit and give me a quote. They came out and did their best to up sale me to things that I didn't need. I remembered using Service Junction when I was a contractor and never had a callback for service issues. I called them and they were professional, came out the same day. Within a few days I received a quote that was completely fair and I accepted. We were in a desperate situation trying to get a coil for our A/C unit under warranty. I called Terry and she was SPOT on getting what we needed for my local A/C rep. I wish I could use this company but they are located to far out from our location (1 1/2hrs) to get quick service. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and assistance we received. THANK YOU Terry!
