Charged full $700 for a terrible job. The house was empty (just bought), and had the carpets cleaned same day. The maids showed up over an hour late, AFTER the carpet cleaning which was NOT okay. They left cobwebs, scuff marks/dirt on baseboards, dust in hallway and closet corners, and water residue on the fridge. I tried working it out with management, but they said "cleaning is hard work" and "we apologize for disregarding your time." I would NEVER use them again, ever.
