Got a flood policy through Service Insurance Group (SIG), about 6 weeks into the policy FEMA remapped my property out of flood zone so flood coverage was no longer required for my lender. Contacted SIG to cancel in writing. I heard no response, I contacted again, they claim my email went to "spam folder".
