My AC was leaking water onto my roof so I had Service Giant come out. Justin (the owner) was great he stepped through the problems with my AC. Basically, my AC was on the verge of death. I have been going from one electric company to another for the past 4 years. It has not been a good experience. Then I found Service Heroes and I am beyond happy! I had an entire central air system put in replacing the old system I had. This company is the BEST! Justin is a hero! He spent 3 hours servicing my entire system for $70! Justin is communicative, honest, knowledgeable and hard working. He identified a potential issue with my blower which ended up being the result of a previous bad service. They tried to oil sealed beating which doesn't work. Justin let me blow and clean the blower mirror assembly which made it run like new. He also measured and identified an off limit capacitor which I replace myself from Amazon for $10.
