Way over priced. Hard sales tactics to try and get you to replace your heater. Wouldn't recommend, not happy with them.
My heater stopped working days ago so I booked an appointment through their website. I became concerned when the technician did not arrive at the scheduled time. I called and spoke with Justin about my appointment, and he quickly discovered that an issue occurred with their online booking system, preventing a technician from arriving for several days. Justin P came to our house today. We have been having heating issues with the wall heater and he was able to make the repair and explain what the issue was. Very polite and very proffesional.
My AC was leaking water onto my roof so I had Service Heros come out. Justin was great he stepped through the problems with my AC. Basically, my AC was on the verge of death.
