I can’t say enough good things about Service Giants and Justin. A couple of years ago, I was absolutely horrified when I found out I needed to replace my AC unit. First of all, he took the time to ask me questions on the phone and learn about what the problem seems to be and what my thoughts were about it , before arriving. My AC was leaking water onto my roof so I had Service Giant come out. Justin (the owner) was great he stepped through the problems with my AC. Basically, my AC was on the verge of death. I decided it was time to replace it. Justin and his team (Joe and John) were wonderful, they were professional and got the job done. I have been going from one electric company to another for the past 4 years. It has not been a good experience. Then I found Service Heroes and I am beyond happy! I had an entire central air system put in replacing the old system I had. This company is the BEST!
