I was very happy with repairs to my switchboard this morning. Ezra from Service Heroes was on time, polite, quick, tidy and professional. He identified a second fault and obtained the parts locally to fix that without the need for a second visit. I have used this company before and would again highly recommend them.

Had issues with our water tank. Was repaired by a friendly gentleman. Initially had small issues with communication but Service Heroes was more than happy to discuss the situation and come to a solution where we were happy and satisfied.. and that’s what you call great customer service! Yes I would use them again in the future.

Brian and his colleague from Service Heroes were able to fully rewire all power points for our house in a short amount of time. The work is clean and well done inside and under the house. Brian in particular was excellent with explaining the original problem, a range of solutions and providing peace of mind. Highly recommended
