In the past we had issues with their service, revised the rating based on recent experience. After hours emergency call they did their best to attend ASAP.

Back in 2024 this company "cleaned" and fixed furnace in house I was buying. At least it was written on the invoice. It did get fixed, but it wasn't cleaned at all. I'd avoid using them for this kind of service.

Communication was terrible, they say they will phone you back and then never do. Invoice was a lot more than quote and when I questioned it, he was very rude! They would cut corners if you don't constantly stay on top of of the work. Had more leaks after they left and they never responded. Would never use again.
