Dishwasher went on the fritz. Have seen lots of advertising for Service Guard so gave them a call. First they are not a stand alone repair company they are a branch of the utility Black Hills Energy, as the name implies above. When you reach an agent they ask all kinds of information to identify you because you already have an account with them, ok so far so good.
