I bought in my Corolla for its first maintenance service and Derek Freeman had me in and out in an hour and apologized for “taking too long”. LOL! No. I would rather wait while the job is done right than pay later in the long run to have car maintenance rushed. Thanks Derek for the professional service
Derek was SO helpful! We were on our way out of town for a wedding and got a flat! He got us in so fast and back on the road! Very grateful for the fast and kind service!
So I had called in advance and made sure the part I needed was ordered correctly. I also added an oil change. I live two hours away from this Toyota. When I dropped my car off I made sure to tell Mike the person whom I gave my keys too, to make sure they ordered the right part before they started anything!!! 3 hours later……….which in between I had to ask if my car was ready after sending a text to Mike 40 minutes before asking the status of my car which I got no reply too??? This review is for express, this place definitely deserves more than 5 stars. We are just passing through from Florida, the whole time while we were here we saw everyone moving non stop, working hard, accommodating clients and constantly asking and offering water and or anything that was needed. We came here last year and same exact deal, these people are awesome, every place needs this type of professionalism and customer service!
