I was very happy with service today. My service advisor was Derek and he did a great job! Very professional and friendly. He explained what would be done at the service. The work on my car was completed quickly. When finished, Derek reviewed my inspection report in full. He has been my advisor for a couple visits now. I have been a Grants Pass Toyota customer a long time (decades). Derek is one of the best advisors I have ever dealt with. He has excellent customer service skills! I am glad he is on staff here!

The water pump on my daughter's car went out and they charged over $1000to fix it. I did good research and realized that I could have done it myself for about a ¼ of the price. When I explained that to the salesman he told me to "do it myself next time" and I replied "I will gladly do it thank you" After the research I did the task should have only taken less that 2 hrs but she was charged for 3.5
Rose has always been exceptional! Me and my mom have bought new vehicles with her help! Today, Sam helped me and he went above and beyond and was truly helpful! Then Emily organized an appointment for me!!! I’m so happy! Thank you all.
I bought in my Corolla for its first maintenance service and Derek Freeman had me in and out in an hour and apologized for “taking too long”. LOL! No. I would rather wait while the job is done right than pay later in the long run to have car maintenance rushed. Thanks Derek for the professional service
