So I had called in advance and made sure the part I needed was ordered correctly. I also added an oil change. I live two hours away from this Toyota. When I dropped my car off I made sure to tell Mike the person whom I gave my keys too, to make sure they ordered the right part before they started anything!!! 3 hours later……….which in between I had to ask if my car was ready after sending a text to Mike 40 minutes before asking the status of my car which I got no reply too??? I was very happy with service today. My service advisor was Derek and he did a great job! Very professional and friendly. He explained what would be done at the service. The work on my car was completed quickly. When finished, Derek reviewed my inspection report in full. He has been my advisor for a couple visits now. I have been a Grants Pass Toyota customer a long time (decades). Derek is one of the best advisors I have ever dealt with. He has excellent customer service skills! I am glad he is on staff here!

The water pump on my daughter's car went out and they charged over $1000to fix it. I did good research and realized that I could have done it myself for about a ¼ of the price. When I explained that to the salesman he told me to "do it myself next time" and I replied "I will gladly do it thank you" After the research I did the task should have only taken less that 2 hrs but she was charged for 3.5
Rose has always been exceptional! Me and my mom have bought new vehicles with her help! Today, Sam helped me and he went above and beyond and was truly helpful! Then Emily organized an appointment for me!!! I’m so happy! Thank you all.
