From scheduling to completion my service was great. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
I had a great overall experience with Gilleland service center, especially with my service manager Andrew. When I brought my car in initially for general maintenance, the service tech found an oil leak and was able to get it repaired completely under warranty, including a car rental at no cost. Then a month later when I had a mechanical failure about 40 miles away, I was able to reach Andrew five minutes before closing and he stayed late to help assist me in setting up for a tow back to the shop and lined me up with a dealer... read more
