I had my 2023 Bolt EUV towed to Gilleland Chevrolet on Saturday, 12/13, with a bad auxiliary transmission fluid pump and returned on Monday with the key. The car was still under the bumper-to-bumper warranty. I was given an appointment for two weeks later. I received no offer for a loaner vehicle, no idea if it would even be diagnosed sooner so the part could be ordered, and no communication whatsoever during the two weeks, even when I emailed to ask if it would be diagnosed sooner.
