I don't understand why wit so many softwares out there the service fusion can't provide a cardswiper for processing credit cards. I can't tell you how uncomfortable it is to have to type in manually all the information and then the customer looking over you wondering why I'm typing in all the credit card numbers and what I'm gonna do with it

Disappointed with all the software issues and crashes that happen on a weekly basis. Price is attractive but not worth the headache and loss in revenue from all the system crashes.

Completely buggy. Went to cancel and low and behold just like the google reviews it was a back and fourth game resulting in them saying they never got it even though they confirmed the email address I sent the request to per their instructions on how to cancel when you call in. I was literally called a liar and the fact that I’m saying the software is buggy and glitches and that I’ve only had a few days of experience vs the cancellation team never stating he’s been there fo… See more

Love the user friendliness of it and they are constantly doing upgrades and updates to the system. they also have very good customer support every time I've called in.

Absolutely love the system. Needs some work in the inventory department and some minor tweaks here and there but what I love about this company is their willingness to take feedback to heart. It has saved our company in so many ways and it only gets better the more we use it. If they can take some of the feedback on the inventory system and flesh it out a bit more then this program will be flawless in our eyes!!

We’ve had SF for about 4 months now and although the system is versatile we sometimes run into rode blocks base on the nature of our business. it’s employees go above and beyond to make it work or give us another idea or way to make the system work the way we need it to. Aramis Kudryashov and Nick Kempf are two employees I would like to call out by name. I have been working with SF and Joseph Harris for 2 months now and I am very pleased with the level of software and Joseph's response time. I own Secure Lock and Alarm in Boston,MA and this is my first time implementing CRM and fleet management software. The learning curve for me has be tedious as I didn't have quality data in QB to begin with. Joseph and the entire SF team have been helpful in guiding me through the process.
