Showed up at 10:58am for a scheduled 11am appointment with Nicole Robinson. Was informed that my appointment had been cancelled ( cancellation email was sent at 10:55am day of appointment)because I did not fill out an online intake form. Apparently intake is too difficult for this staff to do in person. Highly recommend staying away from this circus side show calling themselves tax consultants
