I called for an a service appointment and spoke with Dakota who agreed to come out the following Monday at 3 PM. At 3:30. I hadn't seen or heard from him so I sent a text, an hour later he called back and was very apologetic, said he wa tied up in a job that got out of hand. The only reason I gave them 5 stars is because I couldn't give them 10. They were great from starting with the scheduler that I first spoke with on up to the field men. Scott and another nice gentleman were both very polite, professional and knew what they were doing. We were in need of a plumber today, not 4-5 days out. They were able to squeeze us in between their other appointments. Other plumber company we contacted seemed to care less that we didn't have a toilet, it was 4-5 days out or nothing. The two men from Service First were friendly and did a good job. We thought the price was very fair. Would definitely recommemd this company!
Had water pipes bust during the cold weather. I called service first plumbing and they were quick to respond. Skylar was extremely professional and super nice. He did not complain at all even after being covered in mud from my crawlspace. We even met Scott who was also very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Just can't beat having plumbers this nice and professional.
