Beware of this company. They are nice and great to work with until they have your money and signature. We had a fire in our house and it was a fight to get them to release any money. At the time we owed less than 15,000 and the check from insurance had the mortgage companies name on it as well so we had to send it to them. They took over a month to decide how much they would release to use even though the law clearly states they can not hold any more than what is owed against the property.
