Richard's team was amazing! They prepared me for the loan process and then held my hand along the way. The were proactive in helping me prevent delays. Richard, Dennis, and Julia were always accessible. I was amazed to see email from them on the weekend. They did not seem to care what day it was. When I needed something, they addressed my need. I was their top priority. I will work with Richard again. I will recommend his team to my friends and family!

As a single teacher who retired early to care for an aging parent, I didn't have all my "ducks in a row".
