Service 1st has been looking after all of my HVAC needs since I bought my first house almost twenty years ago. Paul is great. He has always been kind courteous and responsive. My house was old and my furnace and HVAC were just as old. He knew we were young and starting out and never once pressured us into upgrading. I’m m not sure if there is a more crooked crook. Called him to come and diagnose noisy furnace. Told us it wasn’t with fixing, oil leak, noisy motor and circuit board had over heated. Recommend new furnace for a mere $4500.00 plus HST. Charged us $113.00 We got a second option, tech came in tighten one bolt problem solved. BUYER BE WARE! Had to give him one star, couldn’t give him no star.
