No complaints at all. Great company even better people. Show up when they say they will. Prices are comparable with other company’s locally. And they always go the extra mile to explain and make sure I’m happy. 10/10 will always recommend Service First!
Apparently saying youhave a Central Air Unit that needs looked at confuses this company. Do not use them, they apparently have no idea what an AC unit even is. Plus, they don't care if n elderly person resides in the home.
I called this morning on a Monday after a holiday weekend. The repairman was there early afternoon he was able to fix the problem and my air conditioner is working wonderfully
Tom and Tina have been our "go to" service for our heating and cooling since 2018. They're fair in price. I'm very sure they work too many hours trying to get to "emergency" customers. I highly recommend them! My daughter tried using someone else for her warranty company. It was a nightmare. They replaced part after part. The air was out for two months. Service First came out and fixed it ONE day!! To the tune of 7.8 times LESS than what the the other company quoted her...God bless y'all!
