Super friendly and informative customer service! Explained everything and arrived and finished in prearranged timeline. Water heater install looks and works great! Would recommend every day!
Service First always arrives early, do great work. They educate you about the service completed and your unit. Seth came last, he's a great technician and good guy.
Service First Heating and Air came to our house today to install a new unit. They sent plenty of service people to install, they ran all tests, taught us how to use the new, etc. They were all very polite and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They are probably not the most inexpensive but they are certainly not the most expensive, what they are, are qualified technicians who did an excellent job.
I love this company!! Professional and personable, I am so happy to know Seth will answer if I need him!!
I was soooo happy with Seth's work, I signed up for a maintenance agreement with Service First!! I feel soooo relieved to know that someone I trust is on my side for my HVAC work!! Call them, and you will be, too!! Update: Seth came back for my Spring maintenance checkup. He is so smart!! He explained what he was doing, and made some recommendations re future possible issues.
