Jerry Harris arrived at our home yesterday morning exactly on time. He then spent the following two hours inspecting the HVAC system in our attic. When he was finished Jerry provided a very detailed review of the system and his recommendations for an upgrade. Shawn came out to service our unit. He explained the service process and suggested what service we needed moving forward to keep our unit running properly. He was very professional and explained everything in detail.

Extremely happy with Service First. The most important thing is that they know what they are doing and are good in diagnosing the problem. I found them to be honest in pinpointing problems that were beyond repair before replacing my heating system. Eric, who did the replacement, was pleasant and knowledgeable and I appreciate his suggestion regarding another heating system in my house.that I will have them come back and work on. I highly recommend Service First and they will be the only people I will deal with from now on.
