I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years. We have done multiple loans and felt like we were in good hands. While sitting at the dealership for our new vehicle we were notified that they would not be doing this loan with us as our previous loan (which has been completely paid off for 6+ months) had been one month behind(paying late fees) for 3+ years. Closed my account because I no longer use, the gentleman was personable and friendly.
Dont know why they shut drive through down and no interaction with people but they rather look at you on a screen, makes no sense and staff is not very friendly.
