It’s almost as if they try to inconvenience their clients in every way. - Online banking terrible. Service first FCU is so poor they can't even afford to fix the coin machine at the west side location. Now the other one at the 10th st location is also broke. They decided they weren't gonna fix the coin machine at the west side because its too "expensive". It's called not putting anything and everything into your coin machines. If the tellers cleaned the coin properly before putting it into the machine then it wouldn't brake. Ive been a teller for more then 5 years now and we have no issue with our coin machine.
