It’s almost as if they try to inconvenience their clients in every way. - Online banking terrible. You can’t even connect an external account to make payments on a loan. - If there’s an issues with your account, you better be able to visit them in person during banking hours, because for some reason they can’t verify anything over the phone. - Tried to make a payment on my dad’s credit card because I’m an authorized user and had made some purchases.
