Met the owner, Ryan, and his wife while we were waiting for over 90 min on the curb for an Uber. They were both incredibly kind, offered us water and if there was anything they could help with. Seems like other banks could be doing a lot better if they had some generosity like them. Thanks, Ryan!
Don't get an auto loan with these guys, you can't even call to pay over the phone, I have to drive 40 minutes from a neighboring county just to pay my bill. The money I thought I was saving, I'm using in gas money just to pay them!

First rate customer service!
If I could give a 0 star I would. My husband opened a savings account with them since he works so close to their building. Well their hours are 8-5 which are the hours pretty much everyone works. They gave him a card to be able to pull out money, but never sent him the actual code to it and we’ve been told he has to go in person to change it?
