We got an assessment from a competitor but their repair costs seemed a little high so we shopped around. Service First had a price well within our budget. John, the Technician arrived on time. Before performing the work he double checked to make sure the previous tech was correct in his assessment, then got right to work. John was very nice and communicated his progress along the way. Chris was an exquisite professional. He followed through with a tedious repair of my heating unit with the most friendly and experienced approach I’ve ever seen in a maintenance & repair visit from any vendor I have experienced. His visit was scheduled for the heating unit alone and in small talk I told him about my fireplace issues as well. And guess what, he fixed the fireplace too on the spot which was completely above and beyond customer service. I’m blown away by the great experience. 5 stars without a doubt.
