I have worked with Sean and Kyle on a few roof replacements. They are easy to work with. They are honest and extremely knowledgeable. Sean and Kyle are true professionals who go above and beyond. Their roofing company puts service first (as their company name indicates) and it shows in every step of the way. They are responsive and committed to making sure the job is done right. What an awesome group to work with! Around the middle of March of 2023 I noticed a leak, and some friends called Service First Construction for me. THAT VERY DAY Jason and Kyle showed up to see what was happening. What started as a massive hail-storm became a massive insurance headache. Service First did a first rate job on our roof replacement. From the initial quote to the final invoice the communication and work itself exceeded our expectations. The work started and finished when they said it would and they did such a great job cleaning up afterwards that you would not have thought they'd even been there. Amazingly, the entire roof was finished in just over 6 hours! Best of all the new roof looks fabulous and has had zero issues, we've even had a pretty decent rain storm already to test it out. Sean is the most professional, helpful and CARING person I've had the pleasure of coming across in a time of need (on numerous occasions). Not only is he extremely helpful but he is honest and does fantastic work! I have had trade after trade come through our house leaving us upset, broke and worse off than when we started. We worked with Jason from beginning to end. He was great! Walks you through the entire process. Very knowledgeable. Great guidance through the insurance process as well. Quality of prep, materials, installation, clean up was great. I would highly recommend these folks!
