I recently had my carpets cleaned and I couldn’t be happier with the results!!! Tom was punctual, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain the process and handled everything with care. My carpets look brand new and smell amazing. Pricing was very fair, and the whole experience was hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend Service First to anyone looking for high-quality carpet cleaning.
I recommend them to everyone who asks. We went through the loss of our brother and contacted Service First to see if they could clean his carpets. They came right away to check it out and let us know they would take care of everything. They were kind and informative during a very hard time! I can’t thank them enough or recommend them more highly than I have!

Tom was a wonderful representative of this company. He was punctual, a hard worker and very personable. He worked diligently to clean the high traffic areas and they look like new again. The special tool he used to pull the pet hair up out of the carpet made all the difference. The whole house now smells clean and fresh. Tom even made sure to turn on my parents’ ceiling fans to help ensure their rugs/carpet will be dry by tomorrow morning. Thanks Tom! We appreciate you.
