I highly recommend Service First Appliance Repair! A different repair man scratched his head for two hours over our ice maker. Phil from Service First diagnosed the problem quickly, came back with the part needed and charged me less than the original estimate! Polite, experienced and up to date on modern appliances..highly recommended!!!

We had 2 technicians come to repair our Maytag Bravos XL Steam dryer. They were professional, friendly, thorough, as well as knowledgeable on our machine. Identified the issue, and repaired our dryer. We will definitely use Service First Appliance Repair for all our large appliance needs. Thank you!

I needed an appliance repair (wall oven) person and checked ******, **** and Better Business Bureau reviews before deciding on Service First Appliance Repair. Nikki was a pleasure to deal with and gave me a time that worked for me. Phil called when he was on his way and was right on time. Very experienced, professional and reasonably priced. They'll fix the major appliances and I won't hesitate to call them again - and recommend them.

I was first recommended to Phil ******* from a realtor/contractor who told me he was the best, and had very reasonable rates. That's proved absolutely true every time I've used him. It's not always good news (this most recent one was, "the fridge is a goner, don't fix it... you have to buy a new one), but it's accurate, and he gives all the options. He came out within 48 hrs and his charges were absolutely reasonable. It's great to have someone so reasonable, efficient, and honest to work with.

Used Service First Appliance Repair to fix my cloths dryer and they were able to come out the next day and showed up right on time and Mark was the service person and he did a great job. He quoted me a price and I asked him if they offer a military discount and they do so it lowered the price by about $15. I've used my dryer a couple of times since it was fixed and very happy with the results so far. He took about an hour to replace the drum and when he was done he cleaned up after himself so there wasn't a mess to clean up... read more

I spoke with Phil over the phone, set up an appointment for him to come to my house, look at my dryer that wasn't working. Upon initial appointment set up nor any time, zero trip charge was mentioned. Phil came to my home, looked at my dryer, said it would be roughly $400 to fix my dryer. I declined his repair, it cost as much as a new dryer. He then said well then I'll just take $45 for trip charge.
