Avoid at all costs. We hired them for a routine annual service on our split system—used daily, working perfectly, and well maintained. After they touched it, the system was completely ruined: no heating, vents stuck, totally unusable. Then came the kicker—over $1,000 to “repair” the damage they caused, or $2,000 to replace it. We had zero issues before they showed up. Check the other reviews—this isn’t a one-off. These guys are crooks. Don’t even trust them with a basic service.
