From the initial consultation through to installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time, worked neatly, and clearly knew what they were doing. Avoid at all costs. We hired them for a routine annual service on our split system—used daily, working perfectly, and well maintained. After they touched it, the system was completely ruined: no heating, vents stuck, totally unusable. Then came the kicker—over $1,000 to “repair” the damage they caused, or $2,000 to replace it. We had zero issues before they showed up. Check the other reviews—this isn’t a one-off. These guys are crooks. Don’t even trust them with a basic service.
