The tech Shawn was awesome. He was very helpful answering my questions. When he was outside cleaning my a/c, he actually cleaned off the gates which was never done before. They were very dirty.

Technician was prompt, courteous, and very efficient and was able to diagnose the situation in about 5: minutes. There was a breaker off on the main panel and that was all it needed to be able to start cooling the house again. I highly recommend Geisel HVAC as a very reputable company and will use them again when the situation arises.

Sump pump not working properly. Raushan inspected pump and quickly found issue/defects in pump. Recommended replacing pump which was still under warranty.

Another great experience with Geisel, this is why I always recommend them. They called to schedule yearly maintenance for my AC. The tech, Shawn, gave me a call to say he was on his way well within the arrival window. He went above and beyond, cleaned the AC unit thoroughly on a super hot day, and diagnosed some issues that could make the unit fail if they weren't addressed.
