This is clearly a scam — something I might have noticed had I looked closer at their other reviews (Robert Reich? a bunch of others who are clearly from review farms?). They gave me one quote over the phone ($195), then wanted $425 in person to take my 6x9 carpet tile rug away to clean (second red flag). I talked the guy who knocked it up down to $385 after he saw my surprise and hesitation, but I wanted this done, so I accepted the price.
